From Raw Materials to Finished Feed

At Tryon Feeds, we take quality seriously. Every batch of feed undergoes rigorous quality control from raw material sourcing to final packaging.

Step 1: Raw Material Selection

We source only the highest quality grains, oil meals, and micronutrients from trusted suppliers. Each incoming batch is tested for moisture content, protein levels, and contaminants.

Step 2: Formulation

Our nutritionists use advanced software to formulate precise nutrient ratios based on the specific requirements of each species and growth stage.

Step 3: Grinding and Mixing

Raw materials are ground to optimal particle size and thoroughly mixed to ensure every pellet contains the complete nutrient profile.

Step 4: Conditioning and Pelleting

The mixed mash is conditioned with steam and pressed through pellet dies. This process improves digestibility and reduces feed wastage.

Step 5: Quality Testing

Every batch is tested for protein, fat, fiber, and moisture content before dispatch. We maintain strict ISI and BIS standards.

Step 6: Packaging and Dispatch

Feed is packed in moisture-proof bags and dispatched directly from our factory to your farm ù ensuring maximum freshness.
